What We Collect
When you send us a message, we receive your name, email, phone number, and what you write to us.
When you order from our store, we receive your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and the pieces you order. If you ask for a refund by bank transfer, we also receive the bank details you share for it.
Our website also uses a few small files called cookies. They keep your cart and checkout working, and we do not use them for advertising or tracking.
How We Use It
We use your information only to reply to you, to prepare and deliver your order, to handle any return or refund, and to keep a record of it. We never sell it, and we never send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who We Share It With
We share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our delivery partner, only so your order can reach you, or so a piece can be collected for a return.
Our website is hosted with A2 Hosting, which stores this information for us. We do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How Long We Keep It
We keep messages and order records only as long as we need them to help you, and to meet our legal and accounting duties in Bahrain. After that, we delete them.
How We Protect It
Our website uses a secure connection, and only our team can see your information.
Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of Bahrain (Law No. 30 of 2018), you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Just get in touch, and we will take care of it.
If you feel we have not handled your information well, you can also contact the Personal Data Protection Authority in Bahrain.
