Store Policies
Every piece in our store starts as an idea from our studio, so we want it to reach you just the way we imagined it. Here is everything you need to know before you order.
Orders
All prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation, and we’ll start preparing it right away.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Bahrain through our delivery partner, in two ways.
Standard Delivery is BHD 1.500, and your order arrives within 2 days.
Same-Day Delivery is BHD 2.500, for orders placed before 3 p.m., from Sunday to Thursday. Your order arrives the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend go out with Standard Delivery.
Changed Your Mind?
No problem, as long as your order hasn’t left us yet. Just get in touch, and we’ll cancel it for you. Once your order is out for delivery, we can no longer cancel it, since our delivery partner will already be on the way.
Returns and Exchanges
If a piece arrives faulty, or it isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 15 days of delivery. We send you a new one at no extra cost, or another piece of your choice. If you would rather have your money back, we refund it.
